Job description

SPARTA project brings together a unique set of actors at the intersection of scientific excellence, technological innovation, and societal sciences in cybersecurity.

Strongly guided by concrete and risky challenges, it sets up unique collaboration means, leading the way in building transformative capabilities and forming worldleading expertise centres. Through innovativece, ambitious demonstration cases, and active community engagement, SPARTA aims at re-thinking the way cybersecurity research is performed in Europe across domains and expertise, from foundations to applications, in academia and industry

Role

  • As a key role in the SPARTA crew, your main mission will be to support our team in the execution, supervision, control, and closing phases of the European H2020 SPARTA project.
  • preparing budgets and reviews, performing administrative, legal, and financial activities.
  •  Ensuring all partners are synchronized and aligned with regards to the project objectives in close relation with the technical leadership.
  • You will also help setup the main organisational tools to execute projects, from meetings to knowledge management platforms towards allowing the project governance to be implemented.
  •  The position may also contribute to project communication, outreach, innovation management, governance design and implementations, cybersecurity roadmapping, and other grants preparation.
     

 

Applicant Profile

Requirements
Strong English
Problem-solving mindset and dedication to meet both strategic and operational targets;
Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in project management;
Ability to oversee and manage complex project execution in collaborative settings;
Knowledge of managing budgets, developing financial plans, and dealing with contractual agreements with financial and legal department interactions.
Academic degree.

Pluses
• Familiarity with various project management methods;
• Familiarity with cybersecurity;
• Experience in European or international project management
