Description de l'unité
CEA has implemented since 2013 in six French regions "technology transfer platforms" to serve the industrial competitiveness of local ecosystems. The CEA Tech Pays de la Loire department, based in Nantes, has as its main objective the transfer and integration of generic technologies developed by CEA Tech and adapted to the specific needs of industrialists and regional companies, and in particular in the maritime sectors. For this, it relies in particular on its SEANERGY platform dedicated to the integration of high-power energy conversion systems (electric and hydrogen) for the maritime industry.
As part of the strengthening of its R&D roadmap on the MDSE theme "Marinization of Energy Systems" (MRE and Naval sectors), the energy team of CEA Tech Pays de la Loire will contribute next year in four European projects contributing to the decarbonization of ships. The NEMOSHIP project in particular, of which the CEA will be coordinator, will start at the beginning of 2023 on the integration and optimal use of high-capacity batteries in ships. The team is therefore seeking to strengthen itself with a coordinator for this European project over a period of 4 years.
