Division description

LETI has a Silicon platform that brings together all operational resources—including cleanroom facilities, equipment, and processes—with the mission of ensuring the technological fabrication of devices designed either internally or by external clients, in the field of micro- and nanotechnologies.

Description de l'unité

In this context, the Patterning Service of the Technological Platforms Department must maintain a high level of technical expertise and know-how, while continuously adapting and providing technical solutions to both internal and external requests. The Etching/Stripping Laboratory develops plasma etching, stripping, and post-etch cleaning processes to meet the needs of 300mm technologies on the Silicon platform.

To support its activities, the Etching/Stripping Laboratory is looking to strengthen its R&D team with a new colleague who already has experience in plasma etching for micro- and nanotechnology applications.
