Job description
Title: Integration of an analytical protocol for the characterization of nanoparticles
Our technological development project aims to develop a new concept for characterizing lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) that carry biomolecules. More specifically, the goal is to verify the analytical performance of an integrated approach compared to a conventional laboratory approach.
Your mission will be to characterize the composition of cargo loaded LNPs in accordance with established specifications. Your contribution will draw on the team's expertise in integrating analytical chemistry protocols into microfluidic systems and system instrumentation, with a view to gradually mastering the entire characterization process.
You will be responsible for establishing and adapting protocols to these architectures, then testing and optimizing them based on conventional separation and analysis approaches (HPLC, UPLC).
You will be responsible for qualifying the analytical performance of the developed system (quality control, statistical analysis).
You will thus participate in the evolution of the test benches towards an integrated automated characterization platform.
You will work within teams specializing in chemistry, microfluidics, biochemistry, and optics.
Applicant Profile
Highly motivated to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary project in a cutting-edge environment, you have a background in analytical chemistry with experience in HPLC and/or UPLC, as well as proficiency in statistical quality control tools.
Experience in lipid or biomolecules analysis, LNP vectorization, or microfluidics would be a plus. You speak English or French and have good communication skills to regularly share your results with the entire project team.
